    1. Prime Cotto- Both were under TR banner at the same time, Arum could have put them in the ring together whenever he chose to, and it was actually rumored hence the reason Cotto was prominently displayed in the crowd at the Bruseles fight. After the destruction of Bruseles who was a stablemate of Cotto, and had a very similar style, talks slowed. You know why. Because Cotto watned no part of Mayweather after what he did to his stablemate
    2. Margarito- Floyd was offered the same money to fight Baldomir who was at the time the lineal WW champ. If you dont understand the choice there, then boxing may not be the sport for you.
    3. Kostya Tszyu- No fight was ever offered
    4. 140 Ricky Hatton- Ricky Hatton was in attendance for the Gatti fight as it was a rumored future matchup. No offered made from Hatton's team (I wonder why they made no offer to fight Floyd after watching the Gatti fight)
    5. PWill- Didn't have the name/resume or any belt worthy of a shot at Mayweather who by the time of Pwill's time was now the #1 p4p fighter in the sport (you gotta earn it)
    6. Sergio Martinez- Was always too big. Sure they could have fought at 154, but other than articles where Martinez said he would fight FLoyd at 154, show me something where Martinez promoter presented an offer to Floyd. Then and only then can you consider this a duck

    Any questions??

Check your facts first. It was 2009 the first failed negotiations. In 2010 Pac's agreed on Floyd's demands, but Floyd's camp denied that there were 2nd negotiations. HBO's official sided with Bob Arum that there were 2nd negotiations. After that there were lots of Floyd's excuses, $40M offer w/out ppv shares, Pac must leave Arum, left HBO to complicate things, etc., etc., etc....What happened between 2010-2014 ?

It was 2010. January to be exact. Maybe YOU should check your facts. It "started" at the end of 2009, but carried over into 2010. Everything after Pac walked away is a moot point. Your boy ducked right from the get go. Admit it. It's so obvious. And, Pacquiao fought a guy coming off a loss to do it. If Pacquiao went on to fight Mosley and take his belt after Mosley destroyed Margarito 1 fight prior, and Mayweather fought a guy coming off a loss instead, what would you be saying? Exactly... so transparent with your bias it is sickening.

Fact: 6 of Pacquiao's 10 opponents weren't even ranked at welter. 4 or 5 against a man who NEVER won a fight at welterweight in their career. But yea, he didn't duck Mayweather. Mayweather was busy beating champions while your boy was cherry picking non-ranked opponents. You guys are so blind it is ridiculous.

In fact, Pacquiao has only fought I think 2 fights, with a guy actually coming off a win AT WELTERWEIGHT in his 10 fights there. :rofl (Cotto was coming off a win and he fought him at a catchweight, and Bradley was coming off a win against Marquez.) All of his other 8 opponents didn't win at 147 the fight before, or had a loss/draw the fight prior.

If Mayweather were to pull that trash, he'd be crucified. Fact is: Mayweather has 4 of the major 8 titles at 147 and 154 since making his last comeback. Deal with it. :deal Pacquiao has been fighting UNRANKED OPPOSITION or going to war/getting knocked the F out by a 38 year old blown up lightweight.

So many excuses. We all know he could get most of the, if not all the, fights mentioned. "Nothing was offered", "better money in another fight" are no excuse from a legacy building perspective. He can of course fight anyone he likes, no matter how ****ty - that's the nature of pro boxing, but if you do that, do not ever dare call yourself TBE or anything of that sort otherwise you'll be a laughing stock which Floyd is.

Pacquiao walked away form the fight twice.mayweather brought up the test, but Pacquiao didn't want it. Mayweather called Pacquiao himself offerd 40million, a good place to start negotiations. Pacquiao once again laugh at the offer and didn't even try to negotiate. First rull of negotiating is start with the lowball offer and go from there. Pacquiao didn't even attempt to make the fight happen.

From a legacy building stand point fighting the lineal champion of the division rather than the wbo champ, makes more sense right? And what about He and Cotto were with TR at the same time did you not get, as Floyd so often likes to say, they had bosses, and the same boss at that. Now as far as the "excuses" as you say for Martinez and PWill, Neither of these fighters does anymore for his legacy than the fights he was actually in. Maybe in YOUR opinion it makes him look better. But that's you opinion. And since you are nobody, and you know what they say about opinions.

Yes, he absolutely did. Countless years of excuses and demands. The 25 percent of people who voted no are blind in my opinion.

seeing the interviews now, you can see Maywhether is nervous, much more than in previous fights... Don't think that means he loses.. But he is clearly a man driven by ego.
