    yes i dont write very good english johnboy.. but its nice i think the workout at level 8

    It's better than nothing but you could do other bodyweight exercises and it would be more efficient.

    like what?me personal i have 3 days free i want use 2 days for bodyweight exercises

    There's nothing wrong with it, but I could see myself getting bored with it incredibly quickly.

    Some great workouts on there, adjustable for your level.

    Do them 2-3 days a week and you'll get fit. Use your extra day to do deadlifts or squats or something and you'll be fit and strong.
