winky was my favorite fighter when he was still an active boxer. I loved his fights with mosley, trinidad, taylor, vargas etc. Hell of a fighter, hell of a jab. Ive never heard so many ooo's and ahhhhh's from the crowd in response to jabs than i did in his trinidad fight. Still think he should have got the decision vs taylor and he should have taken the rematch which i think he would have won and would have changed the entire course of his career.

I think Team Pavlik expected Winky to beat Taylor, thus the Pavlik/McKart fight. They were preparing for Winky. That's my opinion anyway.
