Just seen it in the Daily Record .Looking forward to this he said he's giving it one last more throw of the dice and is fighting on the Burns undercard at superbantamweight :bbb

Good lad hope he can make a mark there. Putting him in with Quigg or Frampton would be a real test but may be hard for him to get a fight there. A good matchup might be Willie Casey.

If he was always a 122 fighter then he should have been there in the first place.

John doesn't seem to think making the weight will be any harder than he has for featherweight so be interesting to see who he is facing and how he performs, he must win though then we can talk about the likes of Frampton & Quigg.

Good move man what's Simpson got to lose .Hopefully he's stronger at the weight .Then this time next year maybe even in there with Donaire .Only joking lol man hopefully Frampton Quigg or maybe even Kiko though .

Any more info about the fight? Will it be an 8,10,12 rounder?

IIRC, I'm sure I heard that he may be fighting for an ABC intercontinental/masters strap.

win or bust for Simpson, he's had a few hard scraps not sure he's got enough left to be honest especially if he's cutting more weight.

like to see him do well thought, war Simpson!

Sincerely, its all about Johns mind- i'm positive - he didn't look shot to me in the selby fight he's just got to stay positive and realise he's got loads left.
