Truscott was tiring it was only a matter of time before it would have been stopped anyway. fight lasts 12 rounds not 8

I dont know what you are getting at , & I believe thats what you wanted, for me to come back guessing.
Ok, I will humour you. if you mean that theres going to be a rematch, that would be Truscotts worst move. He will only be beaten quicker if he fights Simmy again. & that aint me being arrogant, its the simple truth. Truscott should stay away from Simpson. I can go into further detail if asked to explain myself.
However, if you werent talking about a rematch, then fine, you got me.

    Dont they ever learn?

Only hope of Truscott beating Simpson is going the distnce & getting a hometown decision.
Simpson is too strong, too experienced & simply too good for Truscott.

Truscott has no power, so he cant keep Simpson off him. Hes already lost to Simpson before, so he will still have the mental scars. No offence to Truscott, but he isnt as goood as Andy Morris, & Morris learned the hard way that if Simpson has beaten you before, you DONT try to get revenge.

Truscott better have his best running shoes on for this fight, cos a hometown decision is his only chance. Silly boy rematching Simpson after he couldnt put a dent in a midget in his lst fight... Thats ego for you I suppose.

Simpson to win in the late rounds for me. That's what was going to happen in the last fight so I think the same will happen again.

I think that you are being really harsh on Paul,if he had to spend the rest of his career fighting mediocre opponents he would just retire,he is a decent lad who only wants to test himself with the best,he sees Simpson as the best,by your way of thinking, there would never be any re-matches,that the loser should just go into his shell and never think about fighting again,he is not in this sport for the money,he is in it to see how far he can go,if he does'nt reach the top then so be it.

too right, respect all boxers and especially ones who want to avenge their defeats. that takes heart

and am i missing something, but when did john simpson become the second coming of julio cesar chavez?

lindsay beats him handily enough imo
