    Tell me about. Sam, Abdusalamov, Simakov. Sometimes we forget how dangerous the sport is. Though what happened to Sinan wasn't entirely about boxing, It played a part in the initation of his immune system.

    Yeah.

    The Mago tragedy was awful I'd been a fan of since his second fight and I watched the Perez fight live too. I still have a HD copy of it on my hard drive which I downloaded the following day but no way can watch it again. I distinctly remember the footage of him laughing and smiling in his dressing room shortly before the fight and I also vividly remember the look of distress and concern in his eyes at the end of one of the early rounds as he made his way back to his corner. He caught an accidental elbow during the previous round and I think it broke his nose/cheek bone and it was clearly causing him a lot of pain. He broke his hand too. I wish they had just pulled him out :-(

    Drank himself near death.....got jumped to the front of the line for transplants.....

    Turned around and destroyed his replacement liver in 2 yrs.:-(
