SSS was able to knock out Danny Williams because he was ill during the fight. I can't remember Williams exact medical diagnonis, but it is why Danny Williams was Ko'd in the bout.
SSS almost died. He suffers from a liver cirrhosis. He was in a coma and is an alcoholic. He needed a liver transplantation. I don´t know about his current condition though.
