Since 2000, has any other fighter been a #1 P4P king besides these guys?

OK, from 2000 until RJJ lost to Tarver in 2004, he was clearly the P4P best right? After RJJ lost, most people put Hopkins at #1 right? After Hopkins lost to Taylor in 2005, it was PBF. After PBF retired, it's now Pacman.

Question is, besides the guys mentioned above, was any other fighter considered by some to be the #1 P4P fighter at any time since 2000?

OK, it seems like i answered my own question.

    Here's another one.

Since 2000, who were considered by most to be in the top 3 P4P list for every year? For example, give a list for 2000 and which fighters cracked that elite spot and cover every year thereafter.

Thinking about it, I'm pretty sure Mosley was ranked highly in 2000 :huh

    2000: Mosley, Trinidad, Jones
    2001: Hopkins, Jones, Mosley
    2002: Hopkins, Jones Barrera?
    2003: Jones, Hopkins, ?
    2004: Hopkins, Mayweather, Tszyu
    2005: Mayweather, Wright, ?
    2006: Mayweather, Pacquiao, ?
    2007: Mayweather, Pacquiao, Calzaghe

My best guesses, not in order

I think Mosley was ranked #1 by RIng in 2000 and 2001!
