Since Haye isn't in the fight, no one's looking forward to Saturday now.

The demand was extremely high for the tickets because of Haye's antics. Who knows why the fight didn't come to UK? Perhaps Wlad wanted 99% of the money, 17 rematches AND the home advantage....

I agree though. Haye is not a particularly big draw. However, If Chagaev - Wlad had been fighting from the outset I very much doubt the tickets would even sell-out. Let alone in 2 or so days.

It's certainly not as interesting as Haye/Wlad, which many thought would be the heavyweight fight to revive a dying division. Though now we have Chagaev/Wlad, like Iggy/Wlad it is deemed the most important fight that can be made right now. No offense, but who gives a **** if it's for the ring belt. Everyone already knows Wlad and Vitali are the best in the world, beating Chagaev will do nothing to make the division more popular. It needs more exciting fights, and this one looks like another Wlad/Iggy on paper, and the division doesn't need another fight like that.

I'm still gonna watch this fight, But I'll admit.
Haye being out will hang over this fight regardless.

I just hope Wlad is ready mentally for Chag..
Because a southpaw has ruined his focus before.
(Haye was defo in his head & sights for more than half a year)

I said the fight looks like another Iggy/Wlad on paper, not that it will be. Chagaev is not that aggressive of a fighter, his skills have looked like **** in his last 3 fights. I'm sure Wlad will have his way with from the opening bell on, and Chagaev will get a one-sided beat-down.

Haye did not sell most of the tickets, like it or not. :yep

Even with his T-Shirt and his cheaptalk not many people in germany even know who David Haye is. Some time ago i read that about 5.000-10.000 Tickets were sold in the UK and they are for sure sold by Haye. But honestly I´m pretty sure that most of the other Tickets are sold because Wladimir is a big deal in germany.

I'll still be watching but I'm very disappointed that Haye isn't fighting.
Imagine if Chagaev sparked Wlad. Now that would be funny but as many have said this has snorefest written all over it.
