Since Mayweather retired, this may be the only time we ever get to see his ass beat

Is that even Floyd? His stance and guard are all wrong for it to be him.

That video is legit and NOT over hyped, Spadafora whipped his ass period, this was at a time when Floyd was still developing however, but it still does not mean Floyd didnt get his ass whipped, he did.

Spaddy was a couple of weeks away from a fight, Floyd was recovering from hand surgery and was way out of shape.

I'm not a Floyd fan, but even I will say this is pretty meaningless. Floyd would have destroyed Spaddy in a real fight.

they showed sparring clips for less than half of a round..

how can you base anything of this bull**** clip?

    he caught like 3-4 jabs..

maybe in the entirety of the sparring floyd ****ed him up...

    yal ever think of that?

Unless it's Floyd gettin' beat down with two pipes and a motorcycle chain, I don't care to see it...Kidding, guyz. I don't truly hate the cat. I'm more like his daddy, just feel he needz a good ass-whippin'.

"Ass whipped" is exactly what I mean by overhyped. That, combined with this being sparring, Mayweather not being in fighting shape (weren't he and Spadafora fighting in the same weight division or one apart at this time?), and Spadafora being in prime shape for his upcoming fight means this is little more than a talented fighter got the better against another talented fighter in a sparring session.

The full 6 or so rounds are out there, not just a few clips.

It means what it means. He got the worse of a sparring match. Not a real match. Not completely irrelevant either. Just somewhere in the middle if you don´t have a bias either way.

Personaly, I think what Castillo accomplished in the first fight should be talked of much more than this. Im definently not a pro boxer, but can say that after extended periods without training I wont even spar anymore, bc I have done it before and you feel like dog ****. Never mind against a guy who is peaking near fight time like Spadafora was.

He was clearly out of shape. Quit overreacting to a sparring session. Fighter get beat all mthe time in sparring. He had been out of the gym and had just got back in. Big deal.:-((

There are unedited videos as well, all showing Spadafora doing pretty well. Floyd didn't **** him up, but the significance of the session and how badly Mayweather did against Spadafora are blown way out of proportion.

He isn´t out of shape in this video, but is out of fight shape to be in with a guy a few days from stepping into the ring.

I think the point is that he walks around in phenomenal shape always, never blows up, etc. But 6 rounds of sparring against a pro (and a good one at that) requires something more.

    i mean either way...

even if spadafora did get the best of floyd in this one little instance... floyd might have been caking it for all we know

since it was a sparring match he might have just been taking it easy...

    either way

    floyd >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>spadafora
