doesnt mean he's not skilled. That has been his bread and butter because that was all he needed to beat his opponents. Since Pac was known for it, its stuck to the fans of the sport. Not many fighters have the KO ratio of Pac using that very simple combination. Textbook combination actually.

Since when was the ability of fighting on the back foot became the essence of boxing? Fighting front-foot requires skills. Since when is pressuring and ring generalship not a skill? Do u mean to say Chavez is not skilled?

It takes skill to move forward, connect your punch, follow up when combination, get out and not get countered. That sounds easier than step back slip a punch and make ur oppenent silly.
