since when have WBO and IBO been respected titles to hold?

    yeh but that after it became recognised by other bodies.Since then its been fine.

    WBO while laughed at a bit at first has had a huge history of guys who were on their way to bigger things and some of the cats on the way down that happened to catch lightening in a bottle and win the title ..

    Tbh tho historically being the most prestigious, the WBC and WBA are slowly becoming a bit of a joke. One for lack of mandatories the other has too many paper versions of title belts!!
