Oliver McCall vs. Lennox Lewis. Not for what it did for McCall, but because of what it did for Lewis: he got a new trainer, a new attitude and a new training style. That one punch ended Lewis mark I and began Lewis mark II, changing heavyweight history forever. Can you imagine how grim the late 1990s/early 2000s heavyweight scene would have been minus Lewis?
The punch that stands out to me was the left hook that Joe Frazier tagged Jerry Quary with in their rematch. The one that was preceded by a quick jab. Another punch I love is the left hook Jack Dempsey used to floor Jess Willard.
