single or Double mouth guard?

    witch one is the better mouth guard? I been hearing that the Double mouth guards are better for taking a punch? any in site on this?

    hate my double but i get more protection but find it hard to breathe correctly

    A double helps you to keep you mouth close while sparring. But it reduces the air you inhale

    A single you have more freedom, but if someone catches you with your mouth open...

    Double. Takes a little while to get used to, but I'll never use a single again.

    I use single, I can't breat properly through my nose after one of my fights so I need to use my mouth.

    I have both and haven't totally decided which I like better but i get busted lips more often with my single. If I don't have my lower jaw forward correctly, my lower lip gets pushed against my teeth if I get hit. A double does present the tougher breathing issue though.
