I saw an article on him in boxing monthly which featured fighters like Pacman who have through the weights. He started at fly and went up to light welter, but his route was far less glamorous. His first title was WBU Super fly, but won WBC belts at bantam & super feather, a WBC eliminator at light and currently holds the PABA title at light welter How do you rate these achievements?
never heard of him but i checked him on Boxrec. He is nowhere near p4p lists as is evidenced by his wide UD loss at the hands of Chavez, the only guy who's name i could recognize on his record.
No where at all. The move through the weights doesn't reflect his success, which is of low-level. He was very big for a bantam and done well to win against Bueno, and defend a couple of times, but thereafter his success is lacking. Now a days he's losing lopsided decisions to guys like Jesus Chavez. No offence to him, but he's your typical Thai fighter. Lower weights, very active but against poor opposition. He also did the Thai thing which is to fight sometimes for the poorer titles, in this case the WBU, however of course he won genuine world titles.
To be fair although he should be nowhere near p4p, are you saying you don't know who Jose Luis Buneo, Victor Rabanales and Michael Clark are ?
Whats even freakier is the dudes name Kaennakorn Bangbuathong 2000 Can O Korn Bang a Thong 2000 ****ed up ass namess.. sounds like a ****in robot or somthing... You must be a weird mother****a to have a number in your name :rofl
Doesn't mean that they're not good, solid fighters. A lot of good fighters toil in anonymity, even these days. Especially Rabinales, who did a lot of good work at bantamweight, despite his spotty record. Actually saw his fight against Clark, and Siramongkol was what he was...a kind of limited boxer with a good punch. p4p he doesn't really factor that highly, but he's good enough to be a legitimate name for anyone who defeats him in the ring.
he still is a decent fighter..... he won a championship at a very very young age... he has proved to be unlike many Thai fighters by fighting abroad... wish there were more Thai fighters like Singwancha...they are not doing so well recently with their fighters....
