get back into it, it's worth it on so many levels
there are only 2 secrets for you to get back in shape fast - love to sweat, and know your food
if you're putting good things in your body (not beer, and definitely not vodka!), then 'hard work' becomes a pretty small mountain to conquer :good

Lol @ the ones whining about Calzaghe's passion for coke... Brit****s have an history of nominating "sir" people with the most controversial private habits.

It's in their dna, they can't help it. They desperately need people to make brit****land look good.
Hence calling "sir" rockstars, popstars, and every kind of lowlife concievable.

Also, lol at those "purists". Only with Calzaghe... While Mike Tyson snorted coke like there was no tomorrow, and used a fake ***** to pass the drug tests, Hatton was an addict too, and history of boxe is literally full of people overly violent, toxic, addict to gambling and every kind of drugs existing.

In fact, clean boxers are rare.

I do - prime Kessler was capable of unifying and defending smw titles, whereas old Hopkins was barely able to keep one for long (thugh that in itselfis massive when you are 40something).

Wrong, look at how Joe ended his career, on top with people wanting more. No one has done that. THE ULTIMATE SHOWMAN AND WARRIOR!

yes in that people will always be wanting more from joe, since he only acted like a champ for 3 fights in his 11 years of supposedly holding a title.

but he ended his career as he started it, running from serious challenges.

ROFLMAO It was quite the opposite. Calzaghe slithered off to a life of coke, alcohol, ho's & killing innocent little rabbits rather than man up & rematch Bernard Hopkins. Bernard agreed to fight in Wales too. But Calzaghe coward that he is ran like a scared rabbit.
People didn't want to see more of the Slapper all we wanted was to see Bernard Hopkins kick Calzaghes cowardly ass up & down the Rhondda Valley & get revenge for the robbery in their first fight

Or how old and arguably further shot Calzaghe was!
Either way, yeah a similar age as to when Wright fought him and younger than when he fought -
    Pascal twice
    Pavlik
    Ornelas
    Jones 2
    Kovalev
    Dawson twice
    Shumenov
    Cloud

and other than Calzaghe only Kovalev would beat him at first ask.

Does anybody not rate Pascal (who was alot further in age apart to Hopkins than Calzaghe) as a top LHW after losing to Hopkins?

How old was Hopkins when he first backed out of facing Calzaghe?
