Maybe not shavers but prime razor ruddock would have knocked out stickman easily

Power is tied to class. Anyone can knock out bums. What fight did Wilder face that's hard to finish?

It was so rare, he forgot he had it when he lost to Bob Stallings.

So who is Wilder's most impressive knockout victim? Which durable opponent worth his salt did Wilder ever KO? It's easy to have a misleading KO percentage when you cherry-pick opponents with ****-poor durability and where you get gift stoppages regularly (Duhaupas bout), and are allowed to get away with rabbit-punches and punches that land with the forearm, wrist and etc.

Lennox Lewis likely blows away any opponent Wilder has ever faced, and most of them quicker with fewer shots.

    Bob Stallings ...

    No, I meant Quick Tillis.

    Wait, I meant Ron Stander.

If Wilder ever beats a notable opponent, he might be in the conversation for top 5. Right now, he's Shannon Briggs, bum crusher.

Shavers didn't crush all his bums. He couldn't even beat all his bums. Neither could Briggs.

The only guy Wilder hasn't knocked out is the World Champion.

Where were Bob Stallings (with a 21-24 record) and Sedric Fields (with a 9-9 record) ranked when Shavers and Briggs not only went the distance with them ... BUT LOST to them?

I'm guessing none of them were rated higher than Tyson Fury when Wilder lost to him for the World title.

His record is identical to LaMar Clark's.

Is LaMar Clark the best puncher that the division has ever produced?

Their records are not identical. Clark beat one person with a winning record. Clark only knocked out one person with a winning record.

The only person Wilder didn't knock out was the World Champ, but had him down four times.

You guys need to give up. This post of yours is pathetic. How many years have you posted here? And you post that?

On topic, Povetkin has just as many, if not more clean knockouts compared to Wilder at the top level against opponents in the top 20 or top 10. I could care less about guys with losing records or guys who aren't near the top 20 at the very least.

This is one of the problems with Wilder, he never actually blew through someone known for being durable that could take and not go out. There are a number of fighters that his team strategically avoided that could've tested that theory (Dominick Guinn, Wach, Parker, etc). When you break it down, two of the three highest ranked fighters (that were in shape at the time he fought them), he couldn't stop. Also, I've seen no one mention it, but the fact that he couldn't even stop an out of shape Jason Gavern (corner retirement) was very telling. All the big hitters he's been compared against, I believe would also stop everyone he stopped. I can name a number of guys the historical hitters stopped that I don't think he could. I'm not saying Wilder isn't a legit banger, he absolutely is, but to proclaim him as the hardest hitter ever...........nah.
