    Ruiz -- at least most of the other guys mentioned, i.e., berbick, tubbs, bent etc showed at different times a lot of talent and at least bent took the title by knocking out a good fighter. You watch Ruiz fight and there's never anything special and you can name a number of guys currently fighting who are more impressive. Ruiz is like an average joe who trained all his life in boxing and did what he had to do (cheating often) to somehow get enough decisions to get a title and appear to have a very good record.
