    A lowblow by Ezpinoza.

Pacquiao was out 2 years and was preparing for a southpaw for the entirety of 2 and a half months until 10 days before the fight. I like to draw, no way I could get back to where I was in 10 days after 2 years off.

    Just something to consider.

I'm sure being 42 years old, 2 years out of the ring, and preparing for an entirely different opponent had nothing to do with the result. Like, nothing at all.

Yes because being 42 and 2 years out of the ring is not such a big deal. Nope definitely not. Pac is such a one-dimensional bum who cant handle a once-in-a-lifetime genius like ugas

He fought a stupid fight. Trying to run over a defensive couterpuncher that is naturall a bigger man. Just stupid

Thats the problem, he could have won easy. Instead he chose to fight stupid.

Based on what we saw tonight I doubt Pac would have won regardless of style. He just looked slow and his feet were not cooperating.

Ya but you dont go try to run over a defensive counterpuncher that is naturally bigger then you. You also dont allow a guy to hit you low 10x, you go low back immediately.

He wasn't trying to run Ugas over, he was doing what Pac does best and that is to dart in and out with blinding speed combos but his body didn't allow him to do that this time.

Just like how Hector Camacho used his skills to beat Sugar Ray Leonard.

Leonard was still 1 year younger than Pacquiao when he got knocked out by the skillful Camacho, not that it means anything because Camacho was that skilled.

    I dunno
He got out strategized. He coulda sat back. Jabbed and got ugas to punch and then countered. Also, it was close. I had ugas up 5-3 and pac won 9 10 11 pretty clear. If he woulda been more patient he woulda had more the last round.

except SRL hasn't fought in years, that was a shot version of SRL that even floyd and pac would beat in their primes. I saw it similar with how pac looked tonight, he was not the same fighter like SRL was with Camacho. He look visibly hurt early on, if that was a young hungry lion like ortiz or boots they would have demolish him inside three rounds

    Lmao

    Thats funny as hell.

Ya lets all pretend skills was the underlying factor here, and not a wide combination of the fact that Pac was 42 years old with a 2 year layoff and simply lacked critical degrees of strength, explosiveness, physicality and stamina, to fight with the style he does and compete at that level anymore.

Comparing this to the Mayweather fight is ludicrous lol.

And thinkings skills, and not age, was the primary determining factor here, is just odd.

Ironically though, the compubox numbers were pretty similar.

Ugas is 35 years old and not exactly a spring chicken himself. He is a veteran probably now past his best but he is a well schooled skilful counterpuncher. He beat Pacquiao with superior fundamentals such as the jab, right cross and timing. His shot selection was economic and accurate with variety. If Pacquiao won you won’t be saying anything negative about his age
