I hate to say it but, obviously you are wrong. If they have all lost. Unlike Floyd.

Im not saying Floyd is the best but hes pretty ****ing close. Skill wise.

Why are people bitching about whats textbook?

If what Floyds doing isn't textbook, the books wrong.

I was saying that because I always thought Meldrick was flawed and didn't have a high boxing IQ. Thats why he was very good, and not great.

But boxing IQ and pure physical skills are two entirely different things.

Look at Zab Judah (another name I forgot). From a skill standpoint, he is one of the greatest I have ever seen....just doesnt have the mental makeup or the chin to make it work in his favor.

I would never argue Meldrick being a better fighter than Floyd, but from a skill comparison, he matches up well with ANYONE.

But if we are talking total package, than my original list would need some serious tweeking.

(I do see where you are coming from tho...:good )

Not bitching about it, just asking about "textbook" or "orthodox" because often guys who are unorthodox are often considered less skilled because they are not textbook even though they are quite effective.

    Meldrick lacked a good defence.
