Strong wrists that can transfer all power after impact without bending (thus Losing power) Some have them naturally others got Them from Hard work like construction - especially while growing up - think grandpas hands.

A perfect example of this is George Foreman. Slow punches with low energy maximizing weight+Speed but still respectable thudding power.

itsovah pretty much got it. i think the best punchers have a natural feel for how to transfer their full weight at impact. you can teach some of it, like how to position yourself for most balanced, solid position to apply leverage from, but some guys can feel that naturally.

So child bearing hips are a power advantage?

Is JMM’s power considered big? I always thought his legs were pretty skinny.

it's always the lanky ones that can put a punch together that catch everyone's eye. Leg's alone have nothing to do with it putting a punch together. You can put Pavlik on the list too.
