When outside the gym on non training days were can I skip? The only real place is my back yard and that is concrete which would be bad wud it?Any advice guys and gals?
if you can only skip outside try get yourself a shock absorbing mat, skipping on concrete is no good for your knees and shins.
Concrete is a big no no, if it doesnt hurt after 5 mins then it will in later life. I do it inside my house on a soft wooden flooring (skipping that is ) and also outside at my dads hes got a wooden deck. Iv tried rolling a rug out on concrete and it still hurt. Grass would be better if you run out of places
