It depends how you score fights, most of Hatton's work was very scrappy, Mayweather's very clean and accurate. He landed clean painful shots on Hatton in rounds 2,3,5, but Hatton was throwing more, landing some shots, missing most and Mayweather was having moments with very clean shots in those rounds.

Look at the punch stats though, Mayweather was outlanding him 2-1 or something silly and that was throughout
