That's the plan. That's what last night was about, making people want to see the fight happen.

Love it or hate it Bellew did a great job after the fight.

Epic pantomime stuff, Bellew will be getting up of the canvas with a couple of mil in his arse pocket and call it a day, he'd probably need half a dozen title defences at cuiser to nett the same.

Frochs face was a picture..i dont think he realised it was a plot.
Thing is with this pantomine stuff is that yes we could say that joe public dont realise whats going on and will lap it up but there will come a point where everyman and his dog will be doing the same thing to sell there fights, we would then be heading towards the fisticuffs version of wwe.
Is that what we want? Is it inevitable?

Haye probably gave Bellew his post fight lines and actions.

A role played very well and Joe Public think it is real LOL.

I'd watch the fight just to see Bellew get sparked out. It would be fun while it lasted.

It doesn't matter if the public think it's real. What matters is they care.

If they care they will happily spend money to watch it.

Is that not better than say the Fury vs Klitchko fight which Joe public didn't give a damn about hence the poor ticket sales.

If it was acting, it was on the part of Bellew and not Haye. Haye was surprised by that.

The interview with Bellew this morning at his home was quality. No matter what you might think of him, he's bang on what he's saying about Haye. He conned the public with those last two fights.

Bellew is in his prime. Haye has done next to nothing in nearly four years. That's a really long time. Bellew is all wrong for him and he knows it.

I think some people are remembering the Haye of a few years ago, who was top notch. But don't forget, we can all recall great fighters who came out of retirement after a few years and they're not the same. Haye should knock it on the head now instead of flirting with competing with the best out there. He's going to get hurt, long term.

Fury v Klitschko right up there with the worst fights ever - even worse then watching Frankie Gavin

    LOL.

You're either deluded, stupid or a mate of fast Eddie. Haye finishes the fight whenever he wants, Flores last night was hitting Bellew with almost every decent shot he threw. LOL.

    Mismatch.

Unless Bellew can somehow get this fight at a catchweight below 210lbs then it should be a walk over for Haye.

Doubt it happens because of Bellew's obligations and Haye's pursuit of a title.

What obligations does bellew have? A mandatory defence he's going to get 300k for? If the worst comes to the worst and he has to vacate witch I dont think he will have to he's going to get 2m easy for haye fight. As for haye it's a win win fight bellew for a big payday then get joshua in the summer Wembley. Briedis will even get a few quid for nothing and still be mandatory.
