All they needed was Hughie Fury on the show to complete a miserable programme of boxing. At least Butt Nation had a very good fight between Conlan and Nelson. Adam Smith needs to go along with the deadwood commentators and silver spoon promoter. End of rant.
Blatant sky hating and trolling. So it's sky sports fault that the fights shown were not the greatest. The funny thing is that if sky decided not to broadcast this show you would have been on this forum moaning about sky not showing enough boxing. Don't be telling me that 24 hours ago you would have been glad if sky never broadcast this show. Anyway sell hello to FW for me.
It was Pony More action in one round of Conlan's fight compared to 3.5 hours of Hughie Fury's Pony on Sky last night.
Another thread that makes no sense from my good pal Punter. I've still not worked out what punter wants. Less boxing? Boxing for totally free, because, well, we'll just ask the fighters nicely to fight for peanuts? Dedicated boxing channels to fail, for reasons still not properly explained? No bad fights ever, for any reason, guaranteed - with promoters sending money to anyone who feels a fight was a bit pedestrian? What is it that punter wants, other that to type 'pay per poo' and 'butt nation ' . All thoughts very welcome.
I agree with year zero on that. Hug hie fury fights are beyond boring. I'm afraid he is the Funtime franky of the heavyweight division but quite a lot less pleasing to watch even than that.
Not a fan of most of this shyte produced over the past 3 years - De Gale, Hughie Fury, Pac v Mayweather tippy tappy pish. Conlan v Nelson fights - can watch those 24/7.
