Hatton getting a bum/nobody like Beard on board is like Hamed getting Suarez on board

but had nothing to do with the result though.

Manny /Mayweather are a tier above Tszyu's etc they r elite ATG fighters..

    no shame in the loss

    It is.

This is something that happens with quite a few journalists in the british press though. For example, when the national football team lose... the analysis of it in the newspapers has always guaranteed to be something like "the manager can't get the best from his players, he needs to go" etc. Always trying to blame someone else.

Although Mayweather Snr did Ricky no favours at all, Pacquiao still would have beaten him.

That's one hell of a ****** saying this. Only a while ago they were kissing Sr's ass for how he improved Hatton when he fought Malignaggi. Reality is Pacquiao just proved to be way too much for Hatton, Hatton just couldn't take his punch and Hatton is NOT a defensive master and can't be transformed into one after two training camps only.

The Ricky Hatton that fought Tszyu did show up. That wasn't the Ricky Hatton they were hyping. The one that had head movement and did not come in straight. The Ricky I saw was somebody who tried to grapple and hit. Pac had none of it. That was vintage Ricky not the imporved version Floyd supposedly created. You can't blame Floyd, he can only teach, it is up to the student to use what he has learned.

    Exactly.

the only thing difference between that fight and his previous 40 (pbf excepted) is that he had pacquiao stood in front of him instead of some prize turkey.

if tszyu did a tag team that night and pac entered for the last 6 rounds, the same thing would have happened - KO on its way

christ alive, how did that tosspot get a job in the national media?

I know what your saying but when you`ve got Glenn McCrory saying **** like "
    This content is protected
    ".
There`s no wonder that fans get pissed, cos it`s just more of the same old excuses.
Hatton could`ave had Rocky and Apollo Creed in his corner and the out come would be the same.

There`s no shame in losing to Pacquiao, but I wish people would accept it and stop with the excuses.

Because he is a former world champion and has now turned into a moronic beat the drum type Hatton fan..........If McCrory had been given the Hatton gig he would have been sat with the morons singing theres only one Ricky Hatton.

Glenn McCrory is a class one tosser, he predicted before the fight that Hatton would use his size and strength to KO the tiny weak Pacquiao and he waxed lyrical about how great Mayweather snr was after Ricky beat hand picked powder puff puncher Paulie Malignaggi.

McCrory never mentioned his reservations about Mayweather snr pre fight in his internet blog nor when he was on SKY tv.McCrory was unimpressed with Pacquiaos victory over De La Hoya.

It is sad that here in the UK we have plenty of morons who pose as boxing experts on SKY tv. We have the hopeless Adam Smith who was really impressed with Mayweather snr when he went to watch Ricky train and told us all Ricky was in the best shape of his life and a Hatton win by KO was a certainty. We also have a complete moron on SKY called Nicky Piper whos claim to fame was taking Nigel Benn the distance in a fight over a decade ago..... Piper is a class one ****wit who got all aggressive in the SKY studio when Colin Hart the only man on SKY who knows anything about boxing told Piper that the bigger man theory was a load of bollocks and that Pacquiao would knock Hatton out when he felt like it.

I undersand HBO have a few ****wits like Manny Steward who is hopeless at calling Hatton fights...............................
