Tomato Cans = Journeyman. Your just using a more disrespectful term for them.

I disagree about Mitchell. He is still a contender. And the only other fighter Prescott has lost to wen't on to win a world title.

You may have a point about everything apart from Prescott's name not meaning anything. Ask the general sports fan in the UK who Peterson, McCloskey, Ortiz are they will not know. Prescott and Katsidis they will have heard off. That makes him a valuable commodity. Khan vs Prescott sells more PPV's then Khan vs McCloskey.

But this man knocked Khan out in 1 minute. I think Khan beats any of the opponents mentioned convincingly so would like to see the Prescott fight as at the very least it does something for his legacy at the end of his career.

30 year old Paul McCloskey who is European champion is not ready? He's as ready as he'll ever be. Chances are he's not going to beat Khan, it ain't gonna matter if its now or in 2 years time. Khan won't even be around to fight in 2 years time, its a massive opportunity for him if its on the table and it should happen.

The Prescott idea bores the shite out of me because their careers crossed over long ago, Prescott has taken a nosedive and Khan has gone the other way and consequently the rematch does not mean a lot anymore.

I give Prescott more of a shot than Peterson and McCloskey as well.
