Sky Sports is set to slash their boxing budget by 50%. Not surprising really, but how do you feel this will effect the British boxing industry?

    ****.

Maloney retires and Hatton goes bust.

  3. In an ideal world it'll force promoter co-operation and for the best fighters to fight the best fighters, with no more of this ''what's he done?'' or ''who?''.

    Unlikely though.

I doubt there'll be much change, fighters will just have to fight for less or get a day job..... simply as that.

Or fight more than twice a year :happy

Hopefully they shake up their boxing coverage team, get rid of Nelson and McCrory.

Why - I thought it was more successful than it had ever been?

It was obvious they couldn't compete with a dedicated boxing channel.
