Maybe Betty had prior knowledge of this, and thats why he topped himself (can't think of another reason why he wouldn't have got stuck into the Hatton Solicitors thread).

Poor dude couldn't go on, now that his reason for living had gone.

    RIP Betty.

Maybe he'll post one last "Wicky is ducking Khan" thread before getting in a hot bath with a bottle of vodka and a Stanley knife?

I suppose he could hold on a little longer and vent his spleen on all the "Hatton legacy" threads that will spring up here and in the GF; it'll be like Calzaghe retirement part 2. Remember how fun the original was?

Rickys over 200lbs. He looked awful on SKY shadow boxing. He just looked like a really fat dude going through the motions. He's done in this sport. His retirement doesnt come as much of a surprise as he was never disciplined enough inbetween fights to have a long career.

Had to love the line on sky, "he started training in the gym but felt there was no spark so went to Tenerife on a stag do!"

He is going to end up ****ing enormous! Still, he's loaded and never has to work again so I'd be exactly the same.

He is a mess mate, I been told there has hardly been one day he hasn't been pissed since the Pac fight, that is very worrying.

Given how bad he's looked of late, I'm concerned he's not going to have much in the way of longevity on this mortal coil, let alone in boxing.
