How much boxing and football is shown on these 2 channels? Apart from the odd footie match I only watch boxing on Sky, I don't really take much notice what channel it's on, but am I right in thinking it is all on SS1? Am thinking about turning off SS2.
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12947,00.html Normally boxing will be on SS1 but every now and then it will be on 2 or 3 instead. As for football, not sure if they've changed it now but at the start of the season quite a few matches were on SS3. All to do with BT Vision only having Sky Sports 1 and 2 or something.
They mix it about to much mate so you have to pay for the lot. Cancel one and I promise the fight or match you want to watch is on the channel you have canceled. The *******s haha
depends what they have on , cricket like now will be on for hours on one channel so the ussual slot for something else will be on another channel
Thanks for the advice. Should have known the wankers had it sewn up like that. For £20 a month I was thinking of turning it off but I know I'll only turn it back on when a must see fight comes around.
sky sports 1 is the sunday and monday football with the weekly fights (burns tonight) and ringside sky sports 2 has saturday 12.45 live football and live champions league football on the weekdays. if sky are going to show a boxing card from america then its likely to be on sky sports 1 unless they have something on there live like cricket or golf which is sometimes on at that time, in that case it will be on sky sports 2. however, if you want to catch the highlights of the fight then it will definatly be on sky sports 2 - 3 or 4 because on sundays sky sports 1 is full with premiership football then la liga from 1 till 11.
SS 2+3 are a waste of time, all they show is the shitty yawn inducing sports like golf, cricket an sailing.
Sky will do ****y things like show a Scotland footy international on SS1 and an England footy international on SS2. Unfortunately I pay for the full package just because you never know which channel boxing will be on. TBH, I hardly watch any football on Sky
