Dont have boxnation mate just stream sometimes and watch the freeview, yeh I get that but at the same time Sky Sports have far more money and should be doing far better than their current boxing programming!

They are a business. If boxing doesn't bring in the revenues, they aren't going to show it.

You make an issue of F1, but surely they know that it's bringing in money via advertising etc which is why the made such an issue of it.

Boxing at its very core is rotten. There are so many issues that need fixing.

  4. I don't understand somebody who comes on a boxing forum
Is obviously a serious fan, then says they don't subscribe to boxnation

    Strange

I will subscribe if I get a job so I can pay for it and not feel guilty about splashing money. :hat
I'm also saving for a new heavy bag and stuff so that comes first.

i think this is a bit of a myth especially when it comes to sky for the past 2/3 years. in the past it was like that, but not anymore.

I think ringside do far more to cover fights on boxnation than the other way around. ed robisnon is at all press conferences, there always at small hall shows with cameras.

didnt they just do a 10 minute piece on James DeGale 2 weeks ago?

Let's be honest, tonights card is Friday Fight Night fare, not the big Saturday night/big event benchmark. I'll be watching it as I'm a boxing fan and Sky Sports subscriber, but would like to see better than this.

I would say tonights card is better then 80% of the FFN format but you`re right we need bigger shows then this aswell. If we had 30 dates and less prizefighter then this card would be fine.

don't think Hearn could do 30 dates with his current stable. Think they could do 20 cards and have prizefighter separate 6x a year on weeknights.

Yep thats why more signings the better and the plan you suggest would mean 6 more proper cards and that would be a good start
