Sky have spoke more about the weekend's events than when Taylor became Britain's first ever undisputed champion. Ben Shalom and Adam Smith giving it big licks straight after the fight then sat quiet as 2 mice next to Taylor in the press conference after Same old scammers who think they have divine intervention on all boxing matters. I know the fights I'm about to mention weren't of this magnitude but where was the outrage when Hatton beat Martinez, when Barrett beat Kiko, when Ritson beat Vazquez, when Taylor beat Persoon, all on Sky shows? There's dozens and dozens of other similar examples. Usually when a Sky fighter is clearly losing on the cards they claim they're not scoring it. For me, if the nationalities of the fighters were reversed, this wouldn't be half as big news and if I was Taylor I'd stick a big 2 fingers up at Sky and take my fights elsewhere.
Taylor will be going off to the us for top rank fighting at 3am Infront of little fanfare in the UK and little interest in the US he's ****ed it.
Good. Can watch his fights in peace then without them hysterical morons and their fake outrage ruining the coverage This content is protected Sky pundits reaction after Katie Taylor beat Delfine Persoon first time around. Nelson: "Sometimes we all get a bit of luck and tonight was that night for Katie, she boxed the wrong fight" Where was the similar comments from Nelson at the weekend? Oh yeah it's because Josh isn't a Sky fighter. Absolute dummies.
Well before Saturday night everyone said what a crying shame it was that not everyone knows who Taylor is after what he's achieved in 18 fights.... that he's under promoted etc Well they sure as **** know who he is now.
it was like one big communal ejaculation from the sky boys who were clearly very excited to see Taylor get beat.as said there's been far worse decisions with nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders.
As I said in the other thread plenty of American boxing folk on Twitter had Taylor up by a round or 2 and the common denominator there is none of them will have watched it with Sky Sports commentary.
Somes up Twitter that....you'll always find someone trying to be edgy 100% of people know Taylor lost and the judges were bought off
