I like Al Bernstein too, will be getting paid too much on Showtime though.

From the sounds of it, Paulie may be getting a lot more involved which would be great.

Definitely, get Paulie and Al for the Groves Froch fight, PPV fights deserve a decent commentary team.

Nick Halling is awful, ruins fights and who wants to watch with the sound off? He is much worse than Jim Watt.

Agreed Nick Halling is the worst, he is always pushing an agenda for one guy or another

To be fair, I like Nelson on ringside.

If Kugan carries on the way he's going, I wouldn't be surprised if Sky snapped him up. Although if that meant we'd lose IFL I wouldn't want it to happen - Kugan and James Helder do a great job.

No Nelson has changed since Sky gave Matchroom the monopoly.
Johnny used to be honest and opinionated, but not now.

I would keep Jim Watt and Glen McCrory, but get rid of the rest of them.

Get rid of Watt and Halling both are dire, absolutly dire, so biased Watt is nothing but a constant dribble of Cliched phrases and Halling the man would tell you a journeyman is a HOF fighter. Don't really like many of them Nelson is also a right hype merchant, like Mccrory only one who had the balls to call Froch Groves stoppage what it was. I actually like Paul Smith as a pundit and Richie Woodhall is good IMO. They certainly need a new voice for commentary though Halling and Watt are the worst team in the sport IMO.

He is paid in pork pies I hear. Probably.

I never have understood how/why Al Bernstein commentates on Channel Five- it must be because he really likes James DeGale fighting in a Kent shopping centre. Joking aside, I don't get why Sky haven't gone after him to do big fights.

Nick Hawling really ruins it for me. As for Jim i like his passion for the sport which comes across well. Adam smith also makes for an entertaining commentator in my opinion.
