That would be awesome.... it can happen as well if the promoters want it too..... the greenback will dictate the success or failure of this...££$$££... I would love to see Buncey with an interactive show of 2-3 hours each week with an interactive "live" audience in the studio and online emails....similar to the TV show " Soccer AM" I cannot believe that Sky have not made him an offer... he is always positive about other TV networks ensuring that no bridges are burn't....:good
they me call me a dreamer...but im not the only 1...and i hope some day u will join me and the world will live as 1.... dream on brother...im 100% behind u:good
I don't think its the format, more the matchmaking that is poor. Particularly the undercards, but the main event 4/10 times will be very poor. I think if you had a stacked undercard and a good main event you ain't worried what **** they are talking in the studio. Get the cake right and worry about the icing later.
Yeah gotta agree lads. The only decent fight I can remember seeing on the FFN undercards recently was the Crolla/Sykes bout. Its rubbish the way they have the main event first although in reality the undercards are that bad thats the way they have to di it. there's no other sport or program in the world which would have the main event first FFS. They need to give the AM's a bit mor exposure and have 2/3 British/Commonwealth bouts on each show and them to be decent fights not afrobums. even if they had a 4 hr show every 2 weeks or something that would be better
A lot of the recent FFN 's to be fair have been hit with late pull outs, injuries etc. This season (sky's season) has been poor, but I think mainly for this reason also Hennessy used to put on some of the best FFN's, now he's with ITV. Also to everything saying that the Hennessy shows are much better (which I agree), you do also have to take into effect that they are only roughly once a month wheareas sky put out a FFN practically every week. Its still my favourite show, but thats mainly because I usually go out Saturday's, stay in more on Friday nights.
This actually makes more sense than it would seem mate. Sky aren't prepared to put out 3-4 hours of boxing in one go (unless its PPV), so they have to fit a tight time constraint. They need to put on the main event first to make sure everything runs smoothly, also I presume theyre thinking, if we put the main fight on first that might grab some peoples attention who perhaps are just flicking through, an average casual viewer would be less likely to watch if they had to sit through 2 or 3 fights of fighters they'd never heard of. Sky always have (and probably always will) aim to pull in the mainstream casual viewer, whereas Setanta are more about us hardcore fans.
lol:rofl:rofl:rofl http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=488654&cat=boxer woh boxrec better step up there game he is not 17
I cant really see Haye and Hennesy moving to sky, sky will have a contract with Warren Malony and Hatton to give them so many dates over a certin period of time, the only way that will happen is if they have FFN and maybe a other show during the week, Even though we all know most of the FFN shows are ****, they still get decent ratings its on in most pubs and a lot of the armchair fans dont really know a good match up.
