Had to laugh the other night on the hatton pac countdown show when dave clark was talking to nicky piper about ricky becaming p4p no1 and they showed a caption on screen of the top 10 p4p with hatton at no9 and clark said something about ricky jumping 8 places if he beats pac as though it was the premier league or top of the pops. Hardcore fight fans no that all this talk is mostly rubbish to sell the fight to the casual fans who think theres an actual belt for p4p no1.

 

Why would it be Sky you're mad with? Sky are just recycling the words Ricky Hatton is using. I wouldn't blame them for that.

Besides, if you're a real boxing fan and don't like BS, as you claim, surely you would know that the whole concept of P4P is bollox anyway, no?

So stop blubbering and root for your man!

1. fedor isn't a ufc fighter.
2. as annoying as the sky (and all other media) coverage has been of this fight, its not going to spoil the fight itself

Maybe Hatton should fly out to Ali's place of residence and KO him so he can become the greatest boxer in the sports history

 

Pretty obvious that sky sports and the majority of british sports press knows little about boxing....but **** em....find your own information.


Cant see how sky sports being **** has a bearing on Hatton winning or losing

 

Luckily for me I haven't been watching interviews, the countdown show or reading any articles on it, and so can't say I've been bothered by it. I know the fight is happening, I know who is fighting and I know the likely consequences of Hatton or Pac winning, so I don't need to listen to every mug writing for a paper or on the tv spout the same bull****.

Perhaps you should do the same if it's so annoying.
