Surley this well start and with Sky showing a commitment to boxing we will not be having a setanta situation where Sky just pull out of US fights. Now that Sky are working with 3 promoters (Hearn, Hatton, Maloney) more dates will be given to the budget will be freed up to bring more US fights. But Box Nation will know this is how they gain subscribers. Pacquiao vs Marquez and Cotto vs Margorito are the big US cards avalbile at the moment. Who will pick them up?
Sky make their money from football and they make more money from a lot of other sports over boxing so I don't think they will be going to all out war with anybody else over rights to boxing fights. I think they'll bid what they always have and if they win they win. If they don't it aint really that much of a big deal to them unless it's a genuine British selling star like hatton, Haye etc.
Listen if there is more boxing on sky thenj brillaint ,just hope between them they can put the nail in the coffin to slimetime

Boxnation if it carries on the quality of cards it currently has lined up is great value for money, also gives W arren The chance to get fighters like Gavin Bjs Jdg Groves out more often , opposed to waiting for a ppv date which he did before . Also with the addition of US and German cards and Bunces boxing hour or 2hour that's being rumoured along with old cards shown as fillers and him also looking to show some MMA, what's to moan about for £2.50 per week? He has said each weekend will have 2 cards, great value IMO
