    Ok ,

I beleive there are some bold statements here , personally , thats not what i was saying at all , i noticed how you strategically left off Paul McCloskey on Khans list of victims :hey , but thats by the by .........

My beef was with Lazarus , not Khan or Brook for that matter , but my take on this whole situation is this , Sky are clearly buying into Kell Brook and they want to make Khan Brook , sounds fair to me , regardless of resume's , regardless of title's i think most concur that its a decent enough fight .

Brook has not had the exposure that Khan had as a young pro , largely down to the fact that Amir was a better Ama than Brook , therefore what you have is Khan from the off getting the exposure and getting the notoriety , Brook however went down the British title route , by passing the European title which he cannot be blamed for because the matches for that title have been a bit scandalous to say the least , Khan has a better resume , thats a given , but Brook is a monster of WW who is undefeated and hungry , for people to say Brook needs to get a resume before asking for Khan is a bit silly , he's ready for his run at a title @47 therefore by default he and his team will be convinced he's ready for Khan .

Khan / GB are still selecting his opponents wisely , with Roach voicing his opinions no doubt in Amir's ear quietly , thats not something that can be levelled at Kell Brook , he wants the fights , but he cant get them , Sky want the fight , there gonna make a decent enough offer no doubt , so if Mayweather Khan doesnt happen , then there can be no real reason this cannot happen middle of next year , providing Brook's title shot goes well

Its funny how Eddie Hearn claims this is the fight the "public" want to see. The "public" he speaks of have no ****ing clue who Kell Brook is.

Eddie launched his Twitter account and his profile on the back of the Khan gravy train. He needs to give it rest and be realistic. Khan is headlining Vegas, Brook is headlining at a conference hall in Sheffield.

Brook calling out Khan is as funny and ludicrous as Eddie comparing his achievements as a promoter to Oscar De La Hoya

Word of advice Eddie, stick to the day job, handing out t shirts on Twitter, great PR matey. You and Brook just ain't ever going to be cut out for the big time

I did not "strategically" miss out McCloskey from the list I just forgot because I writ a lot of text. McCloskey IMO got beat by Prescott. I would say PM is a very good Euro level fighter who isn't quite at world level. But he was undefeated when he faced Khan and PM is better than anyone Brook has faced. You say Brook's thin resume shouldn't stop him from getting a shot at Khan, well if you think that then Tyson Fury should get a shot at the K brother's because Fury is a young, hungry, unbeaten fighter, and also a "monster" of a Heavyweight.

If Brook were to beat someone like Jan Zavec or beat a Berto or Ortiz then i'd say he more than deserves his shot at Khan. But Brook hasn't faced anyone who is world level. So until then he shouldn't be named as someone who can K'O Khan based on the fact that he beat up two Euro level fighters.

Can someone tell me who Khan has fought that was seriously in his prime ?

Yes, he has fought a lot of big names, but all of them where picked at the right time.

Khan's choice of named opponent has been quite clever over recent years ...and his reputation has been built up through cherry picked fighters.

The question is still out on Khan imo ...he needs to get into the ring with a in his prime fighter who can box as well as bang ..

Kell Brook would cause Khan a fair few problems i think.... even though he has not fought the same type of named fighters Khan has.

And who has Pacquiao fought that was seriously in his prime? You’d have to go all the way back to Barrera 1 over a decade ago. And this is a man who’s got the best resume in the sport. Getting hold of world class opponents that are definitely in their absolute primes, isn’t an easy thing to do in today’s boxing. And to answer your question, Khan fought and beat Maidana and Kotelnik then they were at their best. For the level that Khan was operating at at the time, they were both very solid opponents. And we all know about his struggles to get the number one junior welterweight, Tim Bradley, in the ring with him. That would have been another fighter ‘seriously in his prime’ that Khan would have fought if Bradley hadn’t ducked him. He’s now facing a game Peterson who’s in his prime, too. He's doing extremely well for the division he's operating in.

So a basic puncher like Maidana has Khan in fits , and Brook doesnt deserve a shot ??? your wafflin shite mate , Fury is a monster , who's hungry and un beaten , yeah he's very hungry alright , thats why he eats lots of ice cream  , **** me !!!!!!

Khan's career best win is Maidana , and his career best performance is Judah , he has a good win against Kotelnik and thats the sum total of Khan resume , i have no doubt in my mind that Brook would blast Maidana into tomorrow , this isnt about resume's , this about match making , and Brook is a match for Khan :deal

Edit ; McCloskey's **** stop defending Khan's blatant cherry picking (at that time)

Styles make fights, mate. The theory of 'Maidana gave Khan fits, so will Kell because he's a bigger puncher', doesn't work. I assume that's what you meant? That Kell is a bigger puncher?

You assume Brook would blast Maidana away, based on what? What the **** gives you the idea that Kell can even mix it with a proven World Class operator like Maidana?

Maidana, a guy who beat Ortiz, and has ko'd 99% of his opponenets.

    Kell Brook's greatest achievement " Dethroning N'dou "

    Delusional :patsch

Styles make fights ofcourse they do ,

Maidana is a basic plodder , who very nearly KO'd Khan , and only holds a more significant profile in boxing than Kell Brook because he's had exposure , where did in say Brook gives Khan fits ?? :huh , i said there well matched regardless of resume's

Khan is demanding fights , and ridiculing potential opponents based on very little substance , his resume for a young world champion is about par , nothing more !!!

Resumes are all that matter. It is madness for Khan to even contemplate giving a BUM ( currently ) like Brook a shot when he is a complete non entity in the Boxing world and to the general public.

All this nonsense of Sky wanting this is complete and utter bollocks on the part of Mickey Mouse Matchroom. Eddie knows once Carl is gone, he has nobody. So he is trying to raise Kell's profile on the small budget he has.

Listen son, those names you mention are somebodies compared to a no mark like Kell Brook, so stfu

Kell can bark like a dog once he has beaten somebody of some note, until then he should keep his mouth shut
