it makes sense to take a fight with a weaker opponent in order to fight a weakest link champion.

Bradley would show a technical mess like Brook up.

Said from the start he is being carefully managed. Eddie has managed to get the fans and sky behind Brook by doing little but talking. There isn't a real belief that he is the goods.

Brook could beat Bradley and his next fight would be even bigger for even more money but he'd rather one more gimme fight before trying to pick which chmap he fights.

I suppose when you look as bad as he did versus Jones, you need to put the breaks on.

I think it might be a fight or two to early for Kell. Do want to see him fighting that kind of caliber fighter next year though

I've seen that video and it doesn't change the fact that Pac was robbed even if in slow motion it shows that Bradley's defence was better than first realised. We shouldn't even be discussing this as it's a non topic. We're in danger of creating the myth that the Pac-Bradley robbery was itself was a myth and in fact a competitive fight. Rather than a glorified sparring match.

Btw. Bradley stops Brook late unless improvements are made to Brooks mental outlook and fitness.

Hardly, he isn't yet ready for Bradley and he knows it.

It's amazing people criticize Brook for this. He's not ready so why take the risk? The money won't be good, Bradley doesn't have a high reputation at the moment after clearly losing to Pacquiao, so whilst Brook has a lot to lose, he doesn't have a lot to gain. I think Brook would likely get beaten in a fight nobody cares about. He's better off waiting, picking up a world title and then go for Bradley or someone else in a year or so.

No one has an issue with Brook needing more development, but Hearn made a point about Brook being ready, yadda yadda, he makes the big fights, yadda yadda.

The Jones fight showed some serious flaws.

He would rather be a belt holder than be the best.

Only in the last half of the fight he looked bad, the first 6 he boxed really well.

The only major flaw I noticed was his stamina, add to that a bit of a lack of knowledge on the inside...

He lacks ring IQ, defense, good footwork, stamina and lapses massively at times.
