Let me tell you something. You should be sleeping for 9 or 10 hours a day. That's how your body will grow. You produce testosterone, growth hormone and leptin during REM sleep cycles, but you have to sleep hours and hours to fully take advantage of it. I'm not down with steroids. Never have been. I know some people on this board are, but there is NO long term benefit. It's young generational people that think they know everything that run their mouth about steroids. You know, the same invincible know it all's that you'll see on websites like reddit. They think they know everything, but in reality, they just need a slap in the face and STFU. They haven't lived. Don't let them manipulate you because as the old saying goes, "laugh now, cry later." Shlt, there are even forum members here suffering the consequences, but still promoting the use. I think what's his name Virus, I can't remember, but I think he ended up getting the HIV from damn steroid use. My point is, if you use today, later your testosterone production will be shut off and you'll be weak. And today's generation is down with some crazy ****. So don't be surprised if dude's rapin men becomes hot one day. And you had to be strong in the club when you young, next thing you know, a gang of dudes tryin to **** you. DOn't let that be you. Be strong for life. Sleep long, work bodyweight and kettlebells, and learn to control your body through techniques like bracing. You'll be strong and fit for life...Hopkins style. If anything, it's Hopkins that is goin around rapin men and not the other way around. He didn't get there through steroids. In his own words, he "preserves his body like a can of peaches."

Why do you assume this is a troll thread? I'm sorry for using you as an example, but contracting the HIV virus is a big deal. But to get back on topic, concerning growth and development, sleep is perhaps the closest thing your body can get to anabolic steriods. Surely, with all the time you've spent investigating the male body, you must know this? Did I say anything false? I don't think I'm obniscient. If you have something to include, feel free to interject. I would apprecaite it if you left the steriod talk at home though.

It's called time management and making smart life decisions. You probably spend at least 2 hours a day being unproductive, watching tv, or doing something we probably shouldn't say, so instead, use that for sleep. You understand? If you can sleep 9 hours a day, do it.

What a nonsensical post. Firstly, I've never taken steroids. Where did you get that from? :huh Another strange thing you've randomly come out with. Second, what exactly are you trying to say, you have to be dumb to take steroids? I could know everything there is to know about weight lifting and still take steroids for extra size and strength like body builders and powerlifters for example. Steroids are actually safe if you know what you're doing.
