He really needs to stop his poor man's Money impersonation if he wants to get back on tracks. Yesterday, he was a stationary target, here to be hit. His upper body and head movements were average at best as he looked slow, his footwork awful.

He needs to get back to the drawing board, maybe back to 135 or 140, facing easier opponents so he can work on his basics. As of right now, he's far from elite.

    He really isn't.

He's offensively very good when he lets his hands go, defensively he's a mess, he really is.
He shouldn't be compared to Floyd Mayweather, the comparisons were erazed by a crude slugger last night, come on. :deal

Broner is to Mayweather what a Chinese replica is to a Rolex.

I doubt he can make 140 let alone 135 any more. He weighted 156.5lbs in the ring last night that's a hell of a lot of weight to drop down to.

I agree his movement in general was terrible, upper and lower body. Maidana's looping right hand trajectory took it over Broner's left shoulder to connect every time Broner tried the shoulder roll. He should have stepped inside instead so the right hand would have gone over the top of his head and onto his back.

He seemed to lack ideas and even when he was winning the round he was getting hit a lot. His defence is no where near elite.
