slick combos are well versed and fluid movements. especially one that are instantly changed on the fly.
This is so true. IMHO a person who is "slick" does what you said offensively, but also fluidly turns slips into wind-ups as well. It is a beautiful thing to watch. Unfortunately, you must be born in the Mid West of the US to do it. :good
