calderon donaire chad dawson lucien bute b-hop mayweather dirrell eddie chambers all good examples of slick fighters. Berto, Mosley, Marquez, Bradley, Alexander, Khan fast, athletically gifted but NOT slick to some people speed= slick but that ain't the case
pretty much!! LOL but good point ts cuz i was watching the fight and thinking why do they keep saying that!! but then again this site is full of clowns
lol it's mr troll with his cardigan. i'm an old man nowadays i haven't done anything to get me in trouble in years
what the **** was slick about calzaghe? :huh anybody can be slick against 43 punching bags. and marquez was slick. slick isn't athleticism. it's the ability to make the subtle adjustment that the opponent cannot account for. marquez does this all the time, in every fight. whether it's combination punching, body punching, uppercuts, or counter punching. to calzaghe's credit, he was a little slick, but to say he is and marquez wasn't?:huh
yeah I don't consider Calzaghe slick at all, very quick and athletically gifted but not slick. he used speed to avoid punches and got corked quite often
i was busy when i made the thread so it was quick but at the end of the day he is another slick fighter at the end of his career slick fighters are a dying breed or still developing mayweather is the last complete slick fighter and martinez
early in the fight maybe once the adjustment is made that all changes like martinez and Floyd who is often hit early on in the night but as the fight wear on you cant buy a good shot mayweather and slappy are undefeated for a reason check out martinez in the 8th everybody is troubled by him
