For me it’s between Fury who’s ridiculously slick for such a big man and Tevin Farmer. Honorable mentions: Loma, Crawford, BJS
Mark Anthony Barriga ...Who got absolutely shafted on the Wilder-Fury card. One of the most talented young fighters out there. Lucky for him(and to his determent), he fights at 105 which should grant him another title shot soon(with 105 barely having any contenders).
Fury's size is a big factor in his ability to evade shots — his opponents have a lot more distance to close. Fury is definitely slick, but I'm hesitant to give it to him. I'd say Crawford. Then Loma. Then Fury.
Crawford isn't slick. He can get up on his toes and box, use his legs etc, but that doesn't make him slick. He isn't all that elusive at all, as much as he gets hit when his opponents actually have the skill to fight back. I guess it depends on what someones definition of slick is. I've always considered slick to mean elusive as far as slipping punches with upper body movement.
This content is protected Crawford likes to throw caution to the wind and trade sometimes, but when he wants to he shows good slickness. I think this video shows he meets your criteria.
That's like saying Wlad only won because of his size. Yet if you turn back the clock some years you can see that his size wasn't just enough. Wlad got KO'd 3 times by supposedly lesser fighters. Wlad learned to utilize his strongest assets. Look at the early wars Fury had. He clearly adapted into his more elusive style. I think he deserves a lot of credit for that.
Usyk the slick Ukrainian Cossack. Triple Slickness aka Triple G, such subtle slickness, its no wonder hes never been outboxed or outlanded.
