Huh? Maybe Jose Napoles? Jose Mantequilla Napoles was perhaps the definition of slickness, hence the nickname.

Chaplin very underrated, especially what he did to the homeboy Page.

Meldrick Taylor was a volume puncher with great hand speed.

A name i was hoping would crop up in here was George Benton, not to be confused with George BENSON tho both are the epitome of smoooooooth. He would be a contender for greatest shoulder roller in history, just for starters. At his best he was virtually impossible to tag cleanly.

He used to duck punches in his dreams, as opposed to knocking guys out.

Was sort of hoping he would be mentioned in the trainers thread too. He served some time with Futch (after being shot and unable to box), including in the corner at Manilla. Also played a part in Spinks - Ali 1. He laid some great professional foundations for some of the class of 84 too, including Whitaker, Holyfield and Taylor. He taught Whitaker for a decade.

Far too forgotten tho he has notable recent history.
