if theyre throwing multiple jabs consistently wouldnt u wanna slip the first and circle out as soon as you can so they have to adjust. and idk, id do whatever you gotta do to stay out of the way of the other guys cross. if you can slip both go for it, if you gotta parry the cross or duck it or whatever then do what works

There are many things you can do in that situation.
    Parry, then slip.
    Slip, then parry
    Slip both.
    Parry both.
Slip, then over hand left counter.
    Slip, then straight right.
    Parry, jab counter.
    Parry, straight right counter.
    Slip, right hook to body.
    Slip, left hook to body.
    Counter before left is thrown.
It's really endless, you just have to use whats best in the situation.

You asked too many question. Don't you have a coach? And instead of asking too many questions, why don't you try experimenting and start doing things and see the results? You're never gonna improve if you keep asking questions for answers especially since you got a coach already.

too many questions will make you think too much when you box. like you're questions. if he throws 1,2,3 jabs, slip here an there. you can't think too much in a fight because you end up thinking linear. karate and self defense people do that and it doesn't work. boxing is unpredictable. your body has a natural intelligence. in a fight, let your body react more natural than technical. if you think too much, your gonna get dropped. don't you have a coach? don't you spar?

If you wanna practiced slipping, that's fine. but don't asked questions like "should i slip all of them" because it could be yes and no answer. can you slip alll the punches? yes, then ok do it. can you slip and add a duck? yes, then do it too? if it works and it benefits you, good. its different for everyone and for every person you fight. and remember sliping involves lots of movement. do you think you can slip consecutive fast punches?

Leave him alone, there is nothing wrong with asking questions.

I would think that if you parry the first they wont have time to throw a third and fourth effectively...

Of course Gregsids list of reactions is probably the most helpful, but most of them are prolly natural too.. :)

I would only perry the jabs unless you were going to counter when you slip in which case they might stop throwing the jabs when they get cracked in the face or body.

Yeah, that's why I said it depends on the sitution your in.
I myself prefer to either parry/slip then counter or just counter before the punch is thrown.

I never said you where wrong or hurting him. I'm just saying it's good to ask questions, whether it's in the gym or online. Boxing is a complicated sport no matter how you look at it, yes it's true you don't want to think about to many things while you fight, but you have to have them in your head at one point or another. The earlier you have them all in your head, the earlier they become second nature.

agreed on all points. It's good to ask question and learn, but that's not what he's referring to. hypnotiq, I've noticed this also - you do ask a lot of specific questions. you can't bring the art of boxing under control. it's too unpredictable. It should really be 3/4 practice and 1/4 theory. once you get into too much situational analysis, you end up going nowhere, confusing yourself, and detrimenting your game.
