    Slobodan Kačar won the vacant IBF LHW title by winning Eddie Mustafa Muhammad 21.XII 1985. Pesaro, Italy.
    Split decision:
    Lorenzo Casentini 144 - 141
    Gualtiero Cavalieri 145 - 143
    Harold Lederman 143 - 145
    During the first title defense, he lost to Bobby Czyz.
