I don’t think lemieux is slow, he’s very limited skill wise but he has ok hand speed

I'd rate the young Foreman's left jab as very fast.

I saw him fight Evan's Ashira live. Masoe hit like a truck especially with the left hook. Dude was small but built like a fire hydrant.

What?! Galaxy was super fast and super explosive like Tyson!

Nah, just kidding. He was slow and lazy. But big, strong, and powerful. Those attributes really took the spotlight when compared with his weight drained, depleted, and occasionally poisoned opponents.

Yeah, maybe he is more below average than slow. Arthur Abraham would probably be a better example. He had slow foot and hand speed.

I was agreeing at first, I watched some highlights just then and he seems to have decent speed

Rocky fielding, Rocky Marciano, old George Foreman, Antonio Margarito, but we all know why he had power, Dillian Whyte?
I see people on here confusing foot speed with hand speed, for example David Tua does not have slow hands, but does have slow feet, Michael Moorer has fast hands, but has slow feet

Alexis Arguello. Wasn't fastest fighter in terms of hand and foot speed but his timing made him a deadly puncher.

    Rocky Balboa.

Slow as molasses but hit like a mule. (Unless you count rocky III where he magically even surpassed Apollo Creed in speed! But then he went back to his plodding ways in Rocky IV and never looked back.)

Tua was not slow of hand. His footwork was careful and deliberate, mostly because he was short and stocky in an era of giants and needed to maintain balance to make his shots count and not get caught in return.

    Jorge Castro was good call.

Jimmy Thunder's punches could be timed by a sun dial.

    Jeff Harding had some pop.
