Non heavyweights that come to mind include Monzon, Roldan and Castro. Carlos Zarate and Alexis Arguello were dynamite punchers who weren't exactly rapid. Heavyweights Max Baer, Tony Galento, Sonny Liston, George Foreman and Bonecrusher Smith all hit like a truck but none of them could be described as quick handed.
