    Correct. Sometimes he looks cumbersome but when he lets rip it seems fast enough. His legs if anything

    It’s a common practice among Thais from what I’ve read, especially in the Muay That world. I’m not really sure if that made its way into Khaosai’s boxing reign. I’ve heard it, but have zero evidence.

    This guy does not have slow hands. The left hand that puts Moorer in the corner and the right hand that finishes him are all fast-twitch.

    Carlos Monzon, slow but could hit hard, sparring partners complained many times, was slow of foot and hand speed. Earnie Shavers was another one.

    Non heavyweights that come to mind include Monzon, Roldan and Castro. Carlos Zarate and Alexis Arguello were dynamite punchers who weren't exactly rapid.
    Heavyweights Max Baer, Tony Galento, Sonny Liston, George Foreman and Bonecrusher Smith all hit like a truck but none of them could be described as quick handed.
