    well who was(is ) it. im talking slooooooooow but good enough to be champion. im asking bout any weightclass

    rocky marciano hands down, for his size he was very very slow.

    I don't think of prime Marciano as slow, personally. Let alone "very very" slow.

    Now, that's just ridiculous. You don't know **** from Shinola, bucko, let alone thoughtfulness from lack of speed.

    but carnera was a monster(260-284 pounds) , he was no legend and still i think that marciano(185 pounds) did not have much faster hands.

    Marciano was much faster than Carnera... also Marciano threw a lot of punches. You fools don't know what in the hell you're talking about!

    Marciano fought Hall of Famers who had speed, power, and great overall skill... Louis, Walcott x2, Charles x2, and Moore. And guess what else? He went 6-0 (5) vs. them!!! Sure, he didn't look fast vs. these guys... how many ever did, and won?

    As WBO HW Champ Shannon Briggs was very slow and not very active.
