like i said before and I will repeat....I wont dispute his number 10 ranking by Ring Magazine, but he wasnt elite and really played no part in Cotto cleaning up anything. Wins over Quintana, Judah, and Mosley are noteworthy. a win over Urkal means nothing, Urkal did nothing at 147 or since fighting Cotto.

Ok, I think we have come to an agreement. When Floyd leaves for 154lbs or for 140lbs in his next two fights, you argee that he gives the title up, correct?

I'm from the same hometown as the best boxer in the world ... the town shuts down when Floyd fights --

That's the best post on this whole damn thread. If PFB wants to call himself a champ then get with it and fight like one. Take on the best in the division, not rematching an over the hill ODH. Personally I think he's delussional to even consider himself in the league of ATG's. I can't imagine fighers like SRL or SRR or Duran acting this way.

This is a bunch of BS. Floyd has been at welter for 3 years. During that time he's fought a no hoper (Mitchell), a guy with no talent (Baldomir), a jr. welter who had already shown that he struggled at 147 (Hatton) and Judah. Talented, but a perrenial underacheiver. In the meantime Marg has fought Clottey and Williams and is lining up Cotto. Shane has fought Cotto and Collazo and is lining up Judah. Cotto has fought Shane, Quintana, Mosley and gets Margarito next. Quintana is rematching Williams. Clottey will fight for the title Margs is going to vacate. During all this time Floyd hasn't faced a real threat at 147, and these guys keep fighting each other. How long should the rest of the welterweights jump through hoops till Floyd decides to step up to the plate. Yeah, he's holding the title hostage.
